RSS feeds are where it’s at. I know the subject is a little tired now, but truthfully, my aggregator has helped save me so much time that it’s incredible. You’ll have to remind me, what are Web sites again? They involve something called a URL, right? All sarcasm aside, I treasure my aggregator just as much as I treasure my browser, and between the two of them, I’m set. The problem with information, though, is that it’s all too easy to consume too much and become overwhelmed, and I’ve been there myself. Instead of having to keep track of a bunch of partially interesting feeds, why not consolidate the best content from each into one feed with Atiki?
This functionality is really useful, and I may start using Atiki to develop custom feeds for some of the news that I keep track of. In addition to combining up to twenty-five source feeds into one new feed, you can also filter the content that is to be displayed by specifying items with and without certain phrases and words. The site also has a strong social element in the sense that you can tag your feeds and then search for other tagged feeds that have been created by the community.
