You might think that that Internet automatically improves collaboration all across-the-board, but that’s not always the case. This online world that we live in has made it much easier to instantaneously connect with people all over the world in a number of different ways, but with this open access to communication comes a flood of information. The problem isn’t receiving information, it’s organizing it. If your Inbox looks anything like mine, then you know exactly what I’m talking about. Therefore, when managers and team leaders need to assign tasks to their staff, it only makes sense that they would want to create, follow, and complete these tasks in the most efficient way. Wrike helps to make this possible.

This online collaboration tool gives each member of a task control over how that task evolves. The team leader can get a task started by merely sending an e-mail to the people that he wants to be involved, and by including Wrike as a recipient of this e-mail, the service will begin to manage the task for its creator. As the task progresses, all of its members will be informed as to what’s being done and who’s doing it. The ability to use e-mail with Wrike makes it something that everyone can get used to in a short amount of time.

Brandon,
Thank you once again for your good words about Wrike. We never stop improving our service and we have recently released several major features. Among them is time tracking  http://www.wrike.com/blog/02/03/2008/Tra…).
This is great enhancement for professional services providers that need to bill their clients.
Now Wrike offers a powerful platform for collaboration, task organization, task management, reports across diverse projects, Gantt charts, e-mail integration, smart notifications and much more – all in one workspace.

We’ll be happy to see you at wrike.com once again.

I’ve been experimenting with various project management tools and have discovered an excellent site. It is a very user friendly, web-based application that is well worth taking the time to explore. Take a few minutes and look at Projjex.com. The tutorials are excellent & you don’t need to be a Rocket Scientist to figure out how to use it. It even offers a free version so you can try it on for size.
