Studicious

It’s been about a decade since I was enrolled in school, and one of the things that I remember the most about during my classroom days was the seemingly never-ending series of notes that had to be taken for study assignments and so on. Of course, now that I’m out of school, I hardly ever have to use my handwriting because of my reliance on the keyboard that I’m typing this on right now, and the lack of attention that I’ve given my handwriting has shown through in my writing. Basically, if you’re in school, you’re going to be taking notes, but the process of note-taking has received a digital upgrade thanks to Studicious.

Why keep handwritten notes around when you can just take notes and keep them online? Studicious supports basic text controls and HTML, plus you can easily link parts of your text to Wikipedia and Google. I bet your notebook can’t do that. You can also use Studicious to keep track of what you need to do for each class. This sharing of notes with one another is beneficial because you can get the thoughts of others on what was presented, and if you end up missing a class, then you have a place to go to find out what was discussed. It almost makes me want to go back to school again. Almost.

I found a few utilities besides studicious which I like better because of features and reliability, the best one being http://mynoteit.com i suggest doing a review or comparison of a few similar services because there are better ones.
