Other than writing for Lockergnome and other various places online, I work Web hosting sales and support. All I do is sit here and answer people’s questions all day long. Now when you get caught up in helping as many folks as you can during your working hours, you can sometimes forget to get a little exercise. That is where the ExerciseMinder has helped me out.
This program reminds me every so often that I should get up, touch my toes and get a little active. Here is a little more information about the freeware file from the developers.
ExerciseMinder is a tool designed for people that spent most of their day on the computer. It runs in the system tray and reminds you every 30 minutes to perform some stretching exercises to prevent back pain or stiffness. The exercise reminder includes a suggested exercise along with a photo and short instructions. You can customize the time interval and also pause the reminders.
With so many of us out there that sit at a computer for most of the day, we need to be reminded that physical work is needed, too. You need to remember to move or to stretch or you could cause serious medical harm to yourself. If you get yourself put in the hospital for it, I am sure they would frown against you asking for your laptop so you can get a little work done as well.

You could do the same thing with WinAlarm and have only one program reminding you to exercise plus be more versatile
