Internet Explorer also allows you to manage cookies on a per-site basis. Any site specific settings you configure will override the privacy level configured on the Privacy tab (unless Allow All Cookies or Block All Cookies is selected). You can use the steps outlined below to configure per site privacy actions.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools and select Internet Options.
- Click the Privacy tab and click the Edit button.
- From the Per Site Privacy Actions dialog box, type in the address of the Web site you want to manage.
- Click the Allow button to allow cookies from the Web site. Conversely, click the Block button to block all cookies from the Web site.
- Click OK.
Finally, from the Privacy tab, you can also enable or disable Internet Explorer’s Pop-up Blocker. You can further configure the Pop-up Blocker using the Settings button and specify which Web sites you want to allow pop-ups from.

If you accidentally press the “Remove All” button (like I did) and want to restore the addresses from a recent backup, what file(s) would need to be restored?

This is the problem. My allowed cookies are checked in red. The other cookies remain unchecked. My setting in on High. When I signed off and closed the computer and then rebooted, the unchecked cookies are still there. If I click on delete all cookies they ALL disappear. This has only started in the last 2 day when , in order to see and speak to my grandchildre using the webcam they sent to us, I had to (?) install windows Live. I would appreciate any suggestions you could give me.
