kSolo
Many of my friends have tried their best to bribe me to sing in public, but so far, their attempts have failed to be successful. It’s not that I just don’t like singing in front of people because I don’t even like singing by myself. Sure, I’ll sing along to certain parts of a song, but I don’t get into it like some other people do. I’d be more satisfied to sit quietly and play my guitar in front of a crowd instead of opening my mouth and hoping that something relatively good comes out of it. It seems like almost every party that I go to has some sort of karaoke element to it, and even though I’m not down with it, a lot of partygoers and wannabe singers would love using kSolo.
The site features a number of karaoke versions of familiar songs, and you can easily listen to the work of other kSolo members while also following along with the visuals and lyrics as they dance across your browser. When you’re good and ready to go, you can grab your microphone, sing your favorite songs, and then record and send them to your compadres. Yes, kSolo is a good place to go to hear people embarrass themselves. After all, I know that’s what you were really wanting to know…
