    Windows Media Center Edition 2005, while watching TV on my pc, I get a lot of popping and cracking noise through the speaker. Microsoft said to replace the sound card. That was done. Still have the cracking and popping noise. It’s not the speaker, they have been tested. I’m thinking it might be the cable company. Can you help. PS the cable company id coming by Dec. 7, 2006. Is there a filter I can buy that would help?
