A Lockergnome reader recently asked me how to increase and decrease the space between text in a PowerPoint slide. This can easily be accomplished by making a small configuration change, as described below.
- Open your PowerPoint presentation.
- Select the text that you want to change the line spacing between.
- From the Format menu, click Line Spacing.
- Use the up and down arrows beneath the Line spacing field to increase or decrease the line spacing.
- Click OK.
