Implement Style Options In PowerPoint 2002

If you have certain style preferences, you can have them reinforced within your PowerPoint presentations. For example, for visual clarity, you may prefer having a maximum of six bullets per body text placeholder. Or, you may prefer having the size of your title text to be a minimum of 36.
Within PowerPoint, these types of options are referred to as Style Options. You can configure the style options to your preference and then check you presentations afterwards to make sure they have met all your criteria. The main benefit of this is that it ensures styles are applied consistently throughout your presentations.
You can configure Style Options in PowerPoint using the steps listed below.
- Open PowerPoint.
- Click Options from the Tools menu.
- Select the Spelling and Style tab.
- Click the Check style option under the Style section.
- Click the Style Options button.
- Configure the options on the Case and End Punctuation and Visual Clarity tabs to your preference.
- Click OK.
- Click OK to close the Options dialog box and save your changes.
