If you want to preserve information about the device settings on your computer, you can use Device Manager. This utility provides you with information the hardware devices installed on your computer and it also allows you to print reports.

You can open Device Manager through the System applet within the Control Panel. From the System Properties dialog box, click the Hardware tab and select the Device Manager button.

You can easily print information about a specific device. Simply double click the appropriate device from the list. From the Action menu, click the Print option. From the Print dialog box you can select the type of Report you want. Click OK and the report will be sent to your print device. Alternatively, if you want to print to a file, check the Print to file option from the Print dialog box.

We have four servers and i have sucessfully printed out a system resource report from 3 of the servers, but when i went to the fourth server to print out this report and i click on the print icon or go to actions/print nothing happens. I can print using any other application on this server. Just cannot print out of device manager. Any suggestion?
