Clear The Formatting In An Excel Spreadsheet

If you want to clear all the formatting in an Excel spreadsheet, you can try using the undo button. However, this will only undo a certain number of changes and it will affect all the changes you have made. A more appropriate method is to use the Clear | Formats option as described below.
To clear the formatting in Excel 2002:
- Select all the cells in the worksheet using the CTRL + A keystrokes.
- On the Edit menu, point to Clear, and click the Formats option.
