Change The Color Of Your Excel Spreadsheet In PowerPoint

Once you paste an Excel spreadsheet into your PowerPoint presentation, it is displayed as black text with a white background. If you are trying to spruce up your presentation, you can easily change these colors.

After you have used the Paste Special function to bring your Excel spreadsheet into PowerPoint, you can use the steps listed below to change its color:

  1. Right click the Excel object and click Format Object from the menu.

  2. Click the Picture tab.
  3. Click Recolor.
  4. Select the replacement colors that you want to use.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click OK to close the Format Object window.
