There are probably a million and one different clock programs out there. There are ones that stand by themselves, while others come bundled with something else. Alwact Clock is another one to add to the standalone list.

Alwact Clock is an analog desktop clock featuring skins, transparency and zoom. It is possible to set the refresh delay ranging from a few milliseconds(continuous seconds hand rotation) to a minute. You can also make your own skin using any image edition software supporting PNG.
