Print Reviewers Changes (Word 2002)

If you work on documents that are reviewed and changed by other people, you are probably familiar with the Reviewing toolbar in Word. It allows you to view the formatting changes and comments made by those who have reviewed your work.

What you may not know is that you can print off a list of changes that have been made to your document. When multiple people are making changes to a single document, the changes can get hard to keep track of. Seeing a printed list of changes made might make the entire editing process a little smoother.

Printing a list of changes is simple to do. Open the document that contains the markup. On the File menu, click the Print option. In the Print What box, select List of Markup. The list of changes will now be printed for you.
