Project Dogwaffle

With a name like Project Dogwaffle, how could this program not be a must have? So what is it? Project Dogwaffle is paint software for the PC with built-in, user-defined, animated, and fractal particle brushes. Are there any side effects? Well, I feel a little more creative after using it. Other than that, there are no hazards at all.

This is the little freeware brother to the commercial version of Project Dogwaffle. I suggest if you like the freeware version, then check out the paid one as well. In it you will get even more power with advanced features, more filters, more special FX, and more animation support.

Sure, there are dozens of free Microsoft paint replacement programs out there. I think this one rises to the top as one of the better freeware solutions. Give it a shot, and let me know what you think.
