I just finished a big bowl of my special homemade chili. So what better choice for today’s site than Chili!
My wife and I make our own versions of chili, and of course we both think ours is superior to the other’s! Briana prefers lots of tomato sauce and lots of beans. Me, I like pure lean ground beef (NO beans!), with chopped onions, some fresh garlic, and easy on the tomatoes. Oh, and a half can of beer, of course!
This site has some powerfully good chili recipes. Check out the smoked chili: You begin by smoking three and a half pounds of sirloin steak. Mmmmm… that’s got to be good.
