Lock Toolbars In Internet Explorer

Have you ever had one of your toolbars suddenly disappear on you in Internet Explorer and when you check the View, the toolbar is selected? Chances are you accidentally moved the toolbar and it’s now hidden behind another one. A Lockergnome reader recently asked how to prevent toolbars in Internet Explorer from disappearing.
Thankfully, Internet Explorer includes an option that allows you to lock the toolbars in place to prevent this from happening. So once you have all your buttons and toolbars in place, click View, Toolbars, and place a check beside the option to Lock the Toolbars. Now your toolbars will stay exactly where you want them to.

I would like to know how to stop my Quick launch and other toolbars I choose to put on my taskbar, from disapperaing. I have to reset it everytime I start my computer, which is very annoying. Do you have an answer, because I have tried all over the net to find an answer.
Thanks Wendy
