When you install Windows Server 2003, there are several tools included with the operating system that can be used to troubleshoot problems. What you may not know is that there are additional support tools available that are not installed by default.

You can easily install the Support Tools using the Windows Server 2003 CD. To install the support tools:

1. Insert the Windows Server 2003 CD.

2. From the Welcome screen click Browse this CD.
3. Locate the Support\Tools directory on the CD.
4. Double click the suptools.msi and follow the instructions to complete the installation.
