Internet Explorer's Tip Of The Day

Posted by on Nov 10, 2005 | One Comment

There are so many ways in which you can get help with the different features of Internet Explorer. You can search the help files, use online resources, or even ask a co-worker or friend for assistance. Internet Explorer also has another nifty little feature that you may not know about. It’s called the Tip of the Day.

You can access this feature by selecting the Tip of the Day option from the Help menu within Internet Explorer. Once you select this option a small frame is displayed at the bottom of your browser that contains an Internet Explorer help tip. By clicking the Next Tip link in the corner of the frame, you can browse through additional tips.

i guess ‘tip of the day’ is no longer available – the tip of the day web page offers this comment box and says you can access the feature from Help, but dang if i can find it/ Help ‘contents’, ‘search’, ‘index’ has no knowledge of it /// and the ‘tip’ web page doesn’t seem to have links that lead to any tips either /// but fortunately, no tips are needed because i have turned into giddy-puddy now that i see the links for buying stuff
