Today’s site is the American Council on Education. ACE aims to foster greater collaboration and new partnerships within and outside the higher education community to help colleges and universities anticipate and address the challenges of the 21st century and contribute to a stronger nation and a better world.
Located here is the official site of the GED (General Educational Development) Testing Service with information for prospective test-takers and education professionals.
The GED is the equivalent test to a high school diploma. In the case of home-schooled children, this is what they seek to prove completion of their education. My son just completed his home schooling and achieved his GED, and he’s the one who recommended this site.
If you visit the GED section, you will get the goods on what it will take for you to take this comprehensive test. There are sample questions. And let me tell you, this test is TOUGH! I’m going to have to go congratulate my son again (So THAT’s why he recommended it)!
