Another Method Of Copying Data Excel Data Into Word

In a previous article entitled Importing Excel Data Into Word, I outlined a few different ways that you can copy data from Excel into Word. The method you opt to use will depend on what you want to accomplish. Little did I know, until a Lockergnome reader enlightened me, that there is yet another method available aside from the ones I discussed in that article.
Another cool option is to select the data you want to copy and click the Edit menu while holding down the SHIFT key. A new menu option will appear that says “copy picture.” From there, you have some options, but it will, in essence, copy the Excel document as a picture.
