Here is another suggestion submitted by a Lockergnome reader for better managing your Temporary Internet Files folder.
A better way to handle the Temporary is to install the program called Tempcleaner.
With the default setting, it just cleans the Temp folder on every startup. You can also add folders like Internet Explorer Temporary file folder. Try it, you might like it. The application will help keep your computer clean and running at max speed, though you do have to empty your recycle bin folder more often. To get around this, you can set your recycle bin to delete files if you so choose.
