Geek Wardrobe

Long before I moved to Seattle, I’ve been a flannel-wearin’ fool. Underneath that soft cloth always sits a t-shirt. Yes, the tee is for me. I’ll choose a solid color over a ringer-t or logoed product. It’s gotta be simple, and it’s gotta be comfortable. Ponzi’s trying to upgrade my geek wardrobe slowly but surely, and she’s recently discovered the ultimate fun online t-shirt outlet:
I really like the idea behind Threadless T’s, and I finally got my shipment of the five t-shirts I ordered from them. I wore the red “Mourning Girl” shirt today and got lots of comments (all good). I’ve become a t-shirt girl, geez - I never thought it would happen! But, if I’m gonna wear ‘em I at least have to wear some fun ones. People are great about taking pics of themselves wearing the shirts and sending them in. I love to check out the photos and especially to click on the “What’s in Stock Now?” button, key in my size, and browse what’s happening in the world of t-shirts.
I must be rubbing off on her, as she was never the type of girl who dressed super casually on a regular basis. The t-shirt is my uniform, and I see no reason why I should change it. Take a look around the t-shirt site that Ponzi found; we don’t draw a commission from the sales, but some of those images are quite suitable for desktop wallpapers.
