The Internet (and the world) has been buzzing about the recent Live 8 event. Just in case you’ve been totally out of the loop, the event was organized to help encourage world leaders to do what they can to eliminate poverty. Many people signed the petition, and musical artists from all over the world performed small sets in front of tens of thousands of people. It was a huge production, and it accomplished a lot of great things. I’m sure a bunch of you tuned into the live performances, but if you didn’t get a chance to catch them, the good news is that the video is archived on AOL’s servers. The range of bands that took part in this event was epic. From Madonna to The Who, you’re sure to find several artists that interest you.
