Need To Free Up Disk Space?

If you are running out of space on your computer, there are a number of different things that you can do. I recently wrote a short tip entitled Which Files are Safe to Delete. As the name would imply, I outlined some of the files you can safely remove to free up disk space.

However, if you are still unsure, a Lockergnome reader suggested you read another article called “Deleting Windows Junk to Save 1 GB of Space”. This particular article provides step-by-step directions for removing unnecessary files from the Windows XP file system.

    Apart form delete the Windows Junk and some other progames or temporary Internet files and some other files.

    If the disk is still in a low disk space because of daily installations’ upgrade. You may extend the C drive to a large one and get a larger space so that the computer can run faster.
