Aunty just found out this week that American Express offers this great service called the Credit Card Registry. If you subscribe to the American Express credit card registry, and your wallet or purse (or wherever you keep your credit cards and i.d.) is lost or stolen, all you have to do is make one telephone call to AmEx, and it will take care of cancelling all of your credit cards for you, not just your AmEx card!

And even including ATM cards!

What’s more, in many states, it will take care of getting your driver’s license and passport replaced!

Sure, you need to be an AmEx member, but for this kind of service, why not?
