The new version of this excellent free program (donations encouraged) has been released. This is one of my main weapons when debugging a customer’s computer of spyware. There are some bugs in this release - Patrick Kolla is having major trouble developing with Borland Delphi - but promises a fixed version soon.

The new version adds new graphics, increased scanning speed, and the ability to scan an inactive registry - useful if you use a PE bootable CD to do your fixing. (I’ve been wanting to make one of those up and try it for a month or so now…) Oh yeah - you Windows 95 retrogrouches will be happy to know that Win95 is supported (with a Winsock update - which you should have anyways). Highly recommended by me.
