We all use Google. Don’t worry, we’re not going to get into anything really philosophical; we’re going to give you a couple of pointers on how to get the most out of it.

The Google Help Center is an interesting place. Of course it lists the usual help subjects on simple searches, the use of the preferences, and the Advanced Search page.

Also, it lists all the current tools and flavors of Google search that you can use in your struggle to get what you want from the Web. That listing seems to grow every day, so checking back isn’t a bad idea. It showed ME a few things I didn’t know. The spread of Google’s tools keeps going in every direction. One of the newest is the Google translation service.
