Microsoft Issues Windows Security “Advisory” for XP, Win2K, and Server 2003

In one of the first tests of its new security advisory system, Microsoft has announced a vulnerability in the Windows TCP/IP stack. The security advisories are a supplement to the Microsoft Windows Security Bulletins which are issued on the first Tuesday of each month.
According to today’s advisory, Microsoft is “aware of a new vulnerability report affecting TCP/IP, a network component of Microsoft Windows,” and goes on to add that they “are not aware of any attacks attempting to use the reported vulnerability and have no reports of customer impact at this time.”
Still, they recommend that anyone with affected software, which includes Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 3, Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4, Microsoft Windows XP…

I had or have spylocked on my computer…Now my security center is turned off…any idea how I can turn it back on??
