Speed Up Firefox With FireTune!

Every good car needs a tuneup every once in a while, so why should your browser be any different? I have seen hundreds of forum posts and articles about files inside Firefox that you can edit or change to make your browsing experience faster, better, and stronger. Some of them help, but I do not always want to take twenty steps to get one problem fixed. FireTune takes the work out of my hands and puts it back into the hands of my computer. No more following silly tutorials with hundreds of steps on how to make my browsing faster.

FireTune does all that work for me. All I have to do is select the type of computer and the type of connection I have and it does its best to tweak Firefox’s guts to meet my surfing needs. If you do not like how things are after the change, they allow you to create a backup before you get to tweaking so you can always go back to how things were before.

So now it is time for the real test. Was Firefox faster after using the program? I have to say it did its job and did it well. For those of you who are afraid of editing the guts of Firefox yourself, this is the perfect program. To those of you who have already done it, I don’t know if you will notice much of a change. It is totally free, though, so I would say it is worth a shot.
