A few days ago, I wrote about my new keyboard and mouse set. I’m happy with it except for one thing… it sometimes skips letters in no predictable fashion. I wrote to Microsoft Support about it and a tech replied within a few hours. The tech proposed it could be an issue with one of the following:

• Issue with the ports.

• Use of Port replicators, hubs etc.

• RF Interference.

• Issue with the keyboard itself.
