Underlined Links In Internet Explorer

Many Web pages will contain links to other sites and if you have used Internet Explorer, you have probably noticed that it underlines all links on a Web page. This is the default behavior for Internet Explorer. You can change this so that links are only underlined when you hover the mouse pointer over them or not underlined at all, depending on your personal preference.

You can do this by changing the Advanced options. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. The Internet Options dialog box will appear. Select the Advanced tab and scroll down the list of options until you find the Underline links. More than likely the bullet beside Always is selected (unless you changes this previously). If you only want links underlined when you hover your mouse over them, select the radio button beside Hover. If you select Never, links on a Web page will never be underlined.
