Customize Your Notes In Outlook

If you frequently use Notes within Outlook, you may be interested in a few tips that you can use to customize them. One of the first things you may notice when you click the Notes folder or open any note is that they are all displayed in the same color. You can easily change the color of a note to make it stand out. Simply double click a specific note, click the icon in the top left corner, point to color, and select the color you want to use.

Another option you have for customizing notes is to categorize them. If you have a large number of notes, this can be a great way of organizing them. You can add a note to a category by once again clicking the icon in the top left corner of a note and clicking Categories. You can then select the appropriate category from the list and Click OK. Now you can view your notes by category. From the View menu, point to Current View, and select By Category.

I did it quite a while ago. Facebook portrays a lot of flexible privacy facilities people should explore and know about. It’s a shame a lot of users still have their photo albums public.
