I’m obsessed with gadgets, and I’m not afraid to admit it. They make our lives much easier for the most part, and they continue to fascinate us with each new release. If there’s one in the general vicinity of where I’m at, then you can count on me to investigate the gadget in question as soon as possible. They keep getting smaller and more impressive, but they don’t always have to be technologically advanced in order to be worthy of recognition. Mobile PC Magazine did a roundup of The Top 100 Gadgets of All Time, and some of the items featured will surprise you.

While you may expect to only see highly technical items on the list (there are many of them), other gizmos like the Pez Dispenser and the Tickle Me Elmo doll also occupy spots on the list. It’s funny - you anxiously try to get one to open up its mouth, while you do all you can to get the other one to keep its yapper shut.
