Beware of the rogue “anti-spyware” application SpyKiller. It is being marketed using a deceptive URL that is very similar to the one used by Spybot S&D.

The correct URL for Spybot S&D is http://www.safer-networking.ORG.

The rogue SpyKiller uses www.safer-networking.COM. The application is even designed to look somewhat like Spybot S&D.

This is deceptive advertising and, while it may be legal, it is certainly not an ethical business practice.
