When your inbox begins to fill up, it’s time to start deleting some of the old e-mail messages. Outlook Express users will know that there are a few ways in which you can do this. One method is to highlight the message and click the Delete icon on your toolbar (this is the big red X). And yet a second method is to again highlight the message in your inbox and press the Delete key on your keyboard.

Now for all of you who have the secrets of the keystrokes down pat know that there is a key stroke that you can use to delete your messages. Simply highlight the message and press CTRL + D and your message will be sent to the trash.
