Print Preview in PowerPoint 2002

Have you ever needed to print a PowerPoint presentation but wanted to preview it before actually sending it off to the printer? Well PowerPoint does give you that option through the Print Preview feature. You can find this option by clicking File and clicking Print Preview.

Using the drop down arrow beside the Print What option, you can select exactly what you want to print. For example, you may want to print the slides in handout form or you may just want to print an outline of the presentation.

If you click the drop down arrow beside options, you can configure the header and footer before you print, the color, and whether to scale the print out to fit paper. There are also two other buttons on the toolbar within the Print Preview window that are used to print landscape or portrait.
