I was watching the Western Channel this past weekend, waiting for the latest episode of “Gunsmoke” to come on, when I saw a little blurb on the authenticity of westerns and the props they use to make them so real. It was so interesting I thought I would share it as the Family First site today.
The name of the site is Caravan West Productions. If you are a movie producer making a western or period film, and want to know how people dressed in say, Nebraska in the 1870s, then they can help you. If you are a writer, checking on some facts about a screenplay you’re writing on types of weapons that were used at the OK Corral, they can help you.
