The dieting craze has made itself known among all of us. Instead of consuming anything that could even remotely be considered a food item, people are starting to count their carbs and watch their intake. When you think of the most popular diets, the first thing that probably pops into your head is the Atkins diet. As for me, I choose to Somersize. Or is it Scobleize? OK, maybe I don’t follow a diet program. After all, I’m probably the skinniest 6′5″ person that you’ve ever seen, thanks to my wicked fast metabolism. Of course, that will eventually slow down, and I’ll probably have to jump on the diet bandwagon. If you’re looking to start yourself with the Atkins program, check out the official site.
You’re most likely a little hesitant to jump into a new way of eating, and are probably really skeptical. This site aims to answer your questions about the diet, and will tell you what’s required in order to follow it. If you’re currently working with the program, it may be frustrating to find foods that fit within the guidelines. No worries - the site contains information on various food and recipes that you can partake in. Plugging along with something as difficult as a diet can be a real test, and that’s why the success stories that can be found here are really encouraging. Just so you know, I’m not trying to convince you that the Atkins diet is the best one out there. I’m suggesting this site simply because of the large amount of people who are interested in it. But, hey… if they wanna send some free shakes my way, I’m not going to cry about it.
