Raising children is a never-ending job. Just when you think you have an upper hand on them and think yourself the perfect parent, they surprise you into realizing how little you really know. There are no training courses for parents, but the Internet has some fascinating resources that can help.

Today’s Family First site looks at one that complements a Public Broadcasting System (PBS) series called The Whole Child. It focuses on child development from birth to age five. There are separate sections for parents, for early educators and care providers, as well as an ABCs of child development.
