Reading is a great pastime, but it can be hard to find time to curl up with a good book when all of these great reality television shows are on. What’s a guy/girl to do? The first step is to turn the television off, and the next step involves finding a good book to spend some time with. The moving picture box is fine and dandy, but sometimes we all need a little more mental stimulation. If the last book you read had something to do with green eggs and ham, you’re in desperate need of some new material. Classic novels are usually regarded as the best, and that’s what a site called Classic Novels In 5 Minutes A Day aims to provide.
Instead of being overwhelmed by a thick book filled with so many of those words (gasp!) all at once, the site will e-mail you small installments that you can read. This breaks the content up so you can read it at your leisure. Five minutes isn’t too much to ask in terms of reading classic literature, is it? I didn’t think so. You can also choose to read the various sections of the book on the Web site. Links are even available for those of you who would actually like to purchase the books. Spend some time with classic literature, won’t you?
