Tail For Win32

With so many files on our computers these days, it can be very difficult to keep track of them. In some cases, you may need to keep track of what files are being changed, and what’s being changed in them. For example, think about log files. These files are continuously updated with new information. Instead of opening the files manually to see if they’ve been changed, you can have software do all of the work for you. Tail for Win32 will keep you on your toes about what’s being changed.
This program can be viewed as the Windows version of the UNIX ‘tail -f’ command. It can keep track of multiple files at the same time. All you have to do is specify the ones that you want to watch, and the files will be displayed in an MDI fashion. As soon as a change is made, it’ll be reflected in Tail along with a timestamp. You can even set the program to beep when changes are made, making it easier for you to identify them. If there are files to be tracked, Tail is ready to track ‘em. [76K] [Win9x/2k/XP] [FREE]
