Printing Hidden Text

Microsoft Word has a feature called ‘Hidden Text.’ It allows you to include text in a document that is not visible to users when they view the document using Print Preview. If the user has the Show/Hide function switched on, the hidden text will be visible in any of the other editing modes.
By default, when you print a document that contains hidden text, it is not printed. You can configure Microsoft Word to print the hidden text. To do so in Word 2002, click Print from the file menu. From the Print dialog box, click the Options button in the bottom corner of the screen. Place a check beside the Hidden text box.
