Just wanted to tell you that because I have been reading your newsletter for years, I did not take this theft personally and was able to just do what I had to do to clean it up without the wailing and gnashing of teeth. I called all the Web hosting services and got all the money back that was taken out of my savings account.

I wrote down the names of people I talked to and kept good records of their verbal promises to check into the theft. These people that I dealt with were professionals and were as sorry the theft happened to me as I was.
