I’m sure this video will offend the world’s most sensitive geeks, but I’m releasing it now (regardless). Dweebs, dorks, nerds - they don’t have anything on us, eh? We’re here to stay! And, we come in all shapes and sizes, as this homebrewed Documentary will illustrate. Please remember that we were operating on a budget of ~$127 when it was produced, so not everything is to scale. Obviously, our conference will continue to attract many personality types - not just the stereotypes. Yes, it’s ‘Geeks Gone Wild,’ but we could have very well gone with a ‘Revenge of the Geeks’ theme…

Mom packs us a lunch and we’re off to school / They call us nerds ’cause we’re so uncool / They laugh at our clothes / They laugh at our hair / The girls walk by with their nose in the air / So go ahead, put us down / One of these days we’ll turn it around / Won’t be long mark my word / Time has come for revenge of the nerds!

And in less than a month, we’ll all be together in Lake Tahoe. I’ve been told that no pocket protectors will be allowed in the building, however - so you’d better not pack ‘em when you come. I also suggest that you not hold off your registration for too much longer, as prices may rise within the two-week window (and will definitely be higher if you sign-up at the door). I’m not really hitting everyone with a hard-sell this year, only because I’ve seen the calibur of attendees who’ve hopped aboard. Honestly, and please don’t take this the wrong way… if nobody else bothered to show up, we’d still have an absolutely fantastic time. The array of high-quality participants is quite (literaly) unbelievable. I’ve had enterprising geeks ask me how the heck I scored some of the Web’s most recognizable names. “It was easy - they’re all friends of mine.” And so are you, remember?
