Portland, Oregon: Hot. Continued hot, highs in the mid-90s. That forecast is a little optimistic. It won’t reach the mid-80s for another week, and with no clouds in the sky, it could reach the century mark. But it will be uncomfortable nonetheless. What relief can one expect from this heat? I don’t know about my fellow Oregonians, but I am going to find a nice air-conditioned room and get a Popsicle from today’s Famsite.

I believe popsicles are wonderful and refreshing. there are so many different kinds to choose from i can never pick just one! it was probably one of the best inventions ever, its like flavored frozen water! yayyy. i like to see how many licks i can get out of a single popsicle, it is truly amazing. the most i have ever gotten was about 364. i was blown away by this statistic. AMAZING, i know right? I think everyone should try popsicles and have them on hand even in the winter time, you never knwo when you are going to get that craving for a cold, wet flavorful frozen water.
