Microsoft has released a beta version of its Windows Media Player for download on their Web site. Right now they are looking for a few folks to help with the beta testing and report and problems they are having with the software.

New features included so far are: sleek new interface and design, choice of online stores, enhanced device support, and an improved all-in-one smart jukebox.

With all beta released software, you should be careful before installing. Since the program is still in beta, there could be some problems that come up that could harm your PC. If you are feeling adventurous though, I say give it a try and see what you think.
