When install Ubuntu it was a simple and well designed process, you get to play with the live CD while you wait for you install to finish, the O/S download the latest updates during the install, but the real thing that I have come to notice is that in the week that I have been using Ubuntu I have gone to the Ubuntu Forums countless times looking for ways to fix bugs. Anything from my web cam not working, which I tell you is still not working to my sound that will not work after I boot into windows then back into Ubuntu. I just want to let everyone know that this will not sway me from using the O/S because all the research I have done has lead me to believe that Linux is a hands on environment. Any sugestions on the web cam issue will be greatly appreciated. The computer is a HP dv2315nnr.
