How Could Jing Possibly Rock More? Great Customer Service When You Haven’t Even Asked

  • No Related Post

About a month ago, I wrote an article praising Jing, a currently free static and video screen capture product that works on Macs and PCs. In it, I spoke about its virtues and flaws in my eyes.

One of my issues was Jing’s Screencast.com hosting. In the comments, Brooks from Tech Smith, who makes Jing, came over and told me that Jing screencast hosting is available beyond the 60 day trial - for the duration of the Jing project! Not only that, he then escalated some further inquiries I had to the Jing product manager who then answered further questions by email.

Suffice it to say that when Jing evolves, or adds a Pro version, I’ll be first in line. Tech Smith rocks.
