10 Reasons Why I Love Starting a New WordPress-Powered Home

I’m looking for new synonyms to the B-word. We’ll see if I can make it through the whole post without saying it.

10. I love Comments. Reading them and answering them. When I start a new place, if I’m networking correctly, there’s plenty of them everywhere.

9. It’s so cool to be in a new crowd that doesn’t know me. Or at least I think y’all don’t know me. Maybe I should change to a handle, like Ms. Wahala.

8. It brings my sexy back. ;)

7. Did I already say I love Comments? OK, well, I also Love Trackback.

6. I can do what I love and call it work! Who invented this? I love you!

5. It inspires new creativity in all levels of my work when I create, and then have to write for, a new niche.

4. I love commenting. It’s even more fun when you’re starting out in a pre-made community.

3. I love the initial marketing stage, writing like crazy, finding a good space, and telling my friends about it.

2. The world that surrounds sites that are by nature, part of web 2.0, sometimes flashes by me when I’m in deep thought from day to day. But when I start new homes, I’m forced to delve into that world with new eyes, and solve new problems, such as “how do I use the Sidebar Widgets to spice up my Lockergnome site without fubaring the current theme?”

1. I am geeked about having a new site to add to all my profiles at sites like BlogCatalog, MyBlogLog, BUMPzee, and PlugIM.
